Ever since Obamacare was mandated with all the lies and shadowy shuffling of facts and illegal, unconstitutional maneuvering, all with a functioning brain knew it to be not just an illegal/unconstitutional act, but incredibly stupid and unworkable. A so-called 'insurance scheme' designed to fail.
