So trump admitted that cops can't arrest people until they commit a crime, and even he realizes that the gun culture is out of control.
And he wants to bring back mental institutions, since there are so many shootings and deaths every year due to the catch phrase "mental illness".
And he claimed he will ban bump stocks himself, if the republican congress is too afraid to.
