Do they intend to finally look into Fast and Furious, Benghazi, The money raised for Haiti by the Clinton Foundation (that never went to Haiti), Uranium One, private servers, lost and destroyed emails, with the same vigour they looked for a collusion that never happened?

I don't believe OPP folks you are calling out all hate the FBI. I have two very dear friends who work in the hierarchy of the FBI and I have no problem with them. The FBI has its worthless POS just like every other corrupt agency of ours.

that only the Top Brass are responsible for Unwarranted/Warrantless spying on hundreds

There were/are a number of corrupt individuals at the top of this organization and the Justice Department as evidenced in this video with Victoria Toensing concerning the William Campbell Uranium One Deal. Oh, and guess who was at the head of the FBI at the time....Robert Mueller.

Is it in the best interest of the country, for the FBI to be investigating “rules infractions” of college basketball? Seriously? Some ghetto kid got money from Adidas. That’s a threat to national security? Maybe treason, commited by the Clinton cabal, should take priority(?)

I do not hate anyone. When the FBI completes the witch hunt on Russiagate and have to admit that our President is innocent of wrongdoing, they still still have a list grand failures.... who could forget James "Whitey" Bulger, Jared Cano, Mick Kelly and his partner, Linden Gawboy, Elizabeth Morris, Gaspar Llamazares, Tennessee Circuit Judge John B. Hagler. I remember Waco and Ruby Ridge... the 11-day standoff between Randy Weaver and the FBI and the murder of his wife and child, and the LaVoy Finicum shooting. So... does this agency have problems? What will our President say when they finally announce that they once again drug a citizen through the mud needlessly... I suppose he will say "told you so, no collusion." What will Fox say... I have no idea. For me, the bureau needs a good sweeping and new agents appointed.

Around here it's the local office that gets all the calls...I remember several times where
I called in a complaint and I was told that they were not to touch that certain issue;
"Orders from Headquarters"...It's a Top Down controlled bureaucracy model that many
times keeps the good guys(who by the way may be in the know)from doing their job unless
it's on the to do list.

The list of FBI malfeasance is too broad and the level of corruption is too grievous for that to happen. The FBI must re-earn the public's trust and that cannot start until the deep state is purged from the ranks. It is going to be a long, drawn-out process that may take a decade or more to accomplish. The same goes for the DOJ, EPA, intelligence agencies, IRS, NEA, State Department, etc. This will define Obama's legacy of being the worst, most corrupt president in history.
