As I remember, it was Very shortly after he was elected & I think most probably, it was his acceptance speech. I think you're right that nearly all the liberals haven't the frustration tolerance to listen for the whole 10 minutes, in spite of the fact that the speech is as gripping as it is, because they willfully avoid truth and because they are too big of wimps to hear such discomforting truth about what gives them purpose for their existence other than their arrogant narcissistic self gratification.
