So Flynn is going to take back that he talked with Kislyak about not responding to the sanctions? But the FBI has him on tape conversing with Kislyak. Is he going to pull a Trump and say that's not him speaking? How is he going to get out of it and still stay out of jail???

If the FBI spoke to anyone long enough they could charge them with a lie. That is why all lawyers tell everyone to never speak to the FBI. When they spoke to Hillary, she was a big fat chicken waiting to be plucked and they didn't even try. They didn't record the interviews, they allowed her counsel to sit in, they almost apologized for taking up her time. Flynn was treated totally different.

Flynn should change his plea and sue Mueller for malicious prosecution. You keep missing the point. Why wasn't Flynn charged with collusion ? That was supposed to be the crime.

Flynn wasn't charged because he's a small fish in a big pond. It's unlikely Flynn talked to Kislyak without the knowledge of those above him. That's what Mueller want's to know and why Flynn is hanging around...

It's possible if the information that brought Flynn to admit wrongdoing was obtained illegally the entire indictment and confession could be thrown out. Highly unlikely , but possible.

If he gets out of it, hopefully it will be on the same grounds that are keeping dits like hilly, lying low retta lynch, yates, rosenstein, peter and lisa, etc from being prosecuted for actually being guilty of crimes against the American people.

So true. The biggest flaw in our legal system is money. The government or the rich always win for one reason. They drag things out until you run out of money to defend yourself. That's what happened to Flynn. He defended himself until they started going after his family and he ran out of money. Lawyers aren't cheap and it really doesn't take long to deplete a person's financial resources. Then you plead guilty because you can't defend yourself anymore. A public defender will not be able to save you. There is no justice just using the system to beat you down.
