Stockton,California is trying to implement " Universal Payer" where they give $500/a month for a year to low income families to bring their spirits up!!!So what happens after a year??For a year these people are going to get free money to spend any way they want!!! Do we really think its a good idea??...I dont think so....I think its gonna make them not to want to look for a job, will make them lazy!!!What do you guys think?? But then again, we are talking about California...The weirdest state in the union!!!
