Actually the same argument related to guns applies. The nuke is harmless until some asshole pushes the launch button. I can have a loaded and cocked handgun on my living room coffee table for a hundred years and no one will be shot until some fool picks it up, points it at someone and pulls the trigger. The nuke, like the gun left to itself is harmless. Sorry if that upsets you.

Just like the lever on the gas chamber he fantasizes about. It won't pull itself to gas the conservatives, and Christians he hates so much. He'll have to do it himself.

If that gun is on the table available for anyone to pick up and use, then it is criminally negligent to allow that access. Same for our gun laws.
