An oldy but goody. But you are a horrible person, you FAT SHAMER. It i particularly funny because I remember being at a dog show and watching a very fat woman almost sit on her Pekingese who was in her chair, dog jumped down in time. she must have been 300 pounds and she was more concerned about the dog she had put on the grooming table than she was about the one sitting in her chair!!!

Never seen it b4, as far as shaming goes, no excuse for anyone to be obnoxiously obese, just plain disgusting. Just saw a commercial today where a new pill helps you say no to more food. I work hard at staying slim, haven't had a slice of bacon in 6 mos, fat shaming is a term invented by fat lazy feminists who expect men to change their idea of what an attractive woman should look like, sorry but, lipstick on a pig is still a pig(another oldy but goody).

I have always had a weight problem, I keep it down but it can be a problem. Having breast cancer helped get the weight off, but is really a bad tradeoff. 8 years cancer free, but now I am back to being really careful what I eat. Such is life, right?

Sorry to hear but glad your cancer free, I don't particularly have a weight problem but like women who think they should look like a model, I too want a great body even at 60, so it takes work and sacrifice. The women I'm referring to don't care and won't sacrifice but expect external change from their environment, thus you have TMT syndrome(too many twinkies)

I actually am only 4 pounds heavier than I was when we got married 53 years ago, so I guess that isn't too bad. After all I am 74, and weigh 148 and am 5'10" so that isn't all that bad.

Hardly sounds like a weight problem, you know the people I'm referring to, can't miss them in any walmart. Their children will be the same, cell phones and xboxes, no excercise. You can't consume 2000+ calories a day and stay fit. I very seldom have a full traditional meal anymore. Coffee and a slice of toast for breakfast, maybe an apple or salad in the aft, and never anything after 8 p.m. once in while I spoil myself with popcorn. I hate restaurant food, too much greasy crap. And it is hard to lose. What I really hate are the cold walks with the dog everyday, just can't take the cold here in Mn like I used too, take care

Hardly sounds like a weight problem, you know the... (show quote)

Excercise is a norm around here, not so much for NPP right now, he fell and has a hairline fracture of one hip, but for me taking care of 3 dogs, helping the neighbors with their chickens and goats, I still get excercise. Tomorrow I have to go next door and give the goats their 6 month CDT shots. My dad was a country veterinarian so I grew up delivering calves and kids, dehorning goats and castrating calves and kids, so I have always been busy.Starting April the does will kid and last year they ended up with around 40kids for the year. Then it gets busy and I am glad to help. Besides we get fresh eggs, goats milk and cheese, nothing else quite like fresh.

You need to gain 2 pounds. 5 pounds for each inch over 5 foot.

All I have to do is eat an extra pizza and that will happen, which I can easily do. I limit myself to one every two weeks, and pizza is my favorite food, except for ice cream.

For me, it's a hot fudge sundae. My doctor is threatening me with thyroid medicine, because my labs are borderline. I had gained a few pounds several visits ago, but I talked her out of it; and the next visit, my weight was good.
