I am reserving judgement. Trump seems to be backing down on some of his immigration promises, namely, ending chain migration immediately and implementing e verify immediately. What baffles me is why any sane person would object to ending these damaging practices as soon as possible. Bending over backwards to accommodate wetbacks in a way that we have never done for legal immigrants or US citizens. OH! I KNOW! I KNOW! Illegals tend to support the Democrats who want to give them handouts courtesy of the US taxpayers, so wetbacks tend to support Democrats, who tend to want amnesty and citizenship for illegal aliens, or, in Democratspeak, Not-yet-registered-Democrats. If these criminals tended to support Republicans, the Democrats would be agitating for the death penalty for sneaking into this country.

As Trump finds himself inescapably rolling about the mud and slime in DC, he will get dirty, he will be faced with the reality that DC is far more filthy a whole than anyone outside can possibly imagine.
To think that even Trump would be able to clearly see how incredibly filthy and nasty DC actually is would be assuming too much.
So, as he finds himself getting assailed from all degrees of the compass simultaneously I just hope and pray enough of the 'good warrior' survives.
