We know you are chagrined and upset it wasn't the other way around so you could once again rant, rave and revile the 'murderous police'.

If it is murder, yes but not when in self-defense.

Self defense worked well before cell phone videos...

Why is he saying this, Richard? Have you posted on the police lately?

I have a unique perspective on this issue and I don't really believe there's a simple or quick solution.

Interesting you should say that. Instant video has a number of side effects. Especially if one is a semi-clever editor.

Yes, and he is vociferously violent as opposed to physically violent toward police.

I'll just wait for him to answer...I kinda know where some of this stuff comes from.

I don't know what prompted papa, he may be in a midlife crisis or into the hooch a little heavy. I have posted a number of articles from other sites that, other than the lead into the article posted, I rarely comment further. I have expressed my concerns that it appears that many of the new recruits seem to be a bit too trigger happy and could be a little unstable.
Case in point was the incident that took place at a La Quinta Motel, in Arizona. Six or seven police were unable to handle one guy lying on the floor who was begging not to be killed. But a trigger-happy nut job, whose reason for joining the police force was to do exactly what he did, which is to shoot someone, killed him. To say, I'm a big fan of the police and some of their tactics would be disingenuous. However, I don't gloat when hearing that anyone, police, or anyone else, is killed.

richie: I saw the video! It was tragedy to say the lest. This so-called Police Officer should have never been in a uniform and will be convicted of overreaction and gross man-slaughter! He will spend many years in jail...the local authorities should be investigated as well and unfortunately the public will pay the lawsuit that will follow! Until we pay our Officers better....we will get these kinds of unqualified individuals!

"marine: The day you realize the hand is quicker than the eye....maybe you will think a little bit before you speak!"... now that you've seen the video I'm glad that we agree...
