There's a picture featured, where Tom Brady is being consoled by his supermodel wife, it's being suggested that Tom is weeping.

There are probably many who feel that it's about time the Patriots were knocked off. I'm not one of them, while it makes little difference in my life if they won or lost, still, I would have liked for them to win one more.

I'm not much into sports, my attitude is, it's enjoyable watching excellence at work. The Patriots certainly personify excellence.

Tom Brady is a master of his trade, I can understand his disappointment in losing the biggest game of the year. Also, had he won this one, his record could probably be considered unequaled, and perhaps will be anyway!

However, it all needs to be kept in perspective. After all, it was a game. It wasn't a battle to save a nation.

I don't know what Tom Brady's attitude is, he's forty-years-old, although, I've heard he feels confident that he can continue to play at his level of excellence for several more years.

I'm not so sure. Tom Brady will do what most of us would do in a similar situation, attempt to convince himself the magic is still there.

However, if he hangs on, there will come a time when the humbling decision for quitting will be made for him.

That's why a win of, perhaps, Tom Brady's last Superbowl would have been a plus. If he decides, at some point, between now and next season to call it quits, his career would have ended on a high.

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. Even for Tom Brady, and the Patriots.

Bill Mayer tweeted, " Patriots, what a bunch of losers." Five superbowls does not a loser make. And how many more appearances in the big game. Brady has defied the odds. Seventh round pic, I think it is. LOL. If he doesn't quit, he'll be there next year. Count on it.

It's not a big deal, no, but they are the dynasty of the 21st century. Fact.
