At places where the wall can be guarded, it is an excellent idea. An unguarded wall, with no sensors and no rapid response capability once intruders are detected is a joke. Lie! They used that,as the excuse to purge people with the same or similar names and the same,name,as dead people. They were highly selective of which districts they purged!
