The Inconvenient Truth About the Republican Party.

When you think of the Republican Party, what comes to mind? If you're like many Americans, you may associate the GOP with racism, sexism, and general inequality. It's a commonly pushed narrative by left-leaning media and academia, but as former Vanderbilt Professor of Political Science Carol Swain explains, the Republican Party was actually responsible for nearly every advancement for minorities and women in U.S. history and remains the champion of equality to this day.

Plus a little fact that is unknown is the Democrats of 1864/5 murdered the first Republican President. They also would do the same thing today if given the opportunity.
Yet today the left wing is looked upon as a great party. You can give the credit to our government schools system.

This corruption in DC will continue as long as we do not have term limits. I believe both parties are corrupted and work only to improve their own wealth. This is why this president is not getting the backing of the Republicans in office. Check into the ones always blocking the presidents request. Look into financial records. Compare them with the officials backing Trump you will find a large disparity in wealth. Money is why they refuse to back this president. They are afraid of bing found out they are on the take. My opinion and I won’t change it.

You seem to overlook the small fact that due to Republican Lincoln's "nigga lovin" views there was a major party shift where then Republicans became Democrats and vice versa. So, you are in error to claim that "nearly every advancement for minorities and women...." If the democrats truly wanted to murder Trump, or any other republican, there is really not much that can be done to stop it.....except get rid of Trump. There are serious flaws in BOTH major parties. However, the democrats don't seem to be the party that is hell bent on keeping the 1% rich off the backs of the poor, stripping healthcare from millions, or supporting a fake, racist, and divisive president. You can give the credit for that to crooked republicans.

Schulk: I agree with much of what you say, except, I believe 'crooked republicans back this president because of the dirty money that are making through his twisted policies and corruption. They are afraid of being found guilty of accepting millions in illegal funds from the Russians and other foreign governments to pass legislation that makes it easier for them (Russia, Syria, etc.) to continue their evil ways. Most of the current republican leadership is guilty of taking millions in campaign funds from Russian oligarchs and that's why they are stalling and obfuscating on the investigations.

If you are an American, you should now that this county was founded 240 some years ago by White people. Not blacks, not brown, not yellow, just white.
So, for some reason when we have kids they come out white, so today there are still a lot of white people around. If you don't like white people you can find lots of lands where there are
very few. Go for it.

If you had any sense you would realize that the 'white man' did not FIND this country. There were Indians and several other indigenous people's here with the first Spanish and Italian explorers came. The white man would have died there in Plymouth, Massachusetts if the Native Indians didn't save them from starving and freezing to death that first winter. The white man has exploited nearly every thing he comes in contact with. They exploited the Chinese and Irish to build the railroads. Exploited the Native Indians and stole their lands-forced them to live on reservations with little food and water, and then had the audacity to give them poisoned blankets laced with Small Pox - the white man has broken EVERY peace treaty they made with the Indians. The stench of slavery still permeates the entire country. Nearly all of the major inventions you use today were invented by the Black Man....the street light, air conditioning, open heart surgery, cure for malaria, cure for small pox, over 104 uses for the peanut, the first clock to keep time in America, the city of Chicago, the architectural restoration of Washington, D.C., discovery of the North Pole, the pipe wrench, on and on and on. You should try reading a real book, stay off of Fox, and take off that tin foil hat. If anyone needs to leave this land, it is the white man.......and only the white man.period.

First I'd like to say I like your Call Sign. Iron, the problem is true American history isn't being taught in our schools. We have a generation and a half that know nothing about America. Why ? I, We let it happen. In 4th grade we had Alabama History. In 5th and 6th we had World History. 7th and 8th American History. Thank God, 9th through 12th Civics. This is when I got into Politics. Sad to say there are so many of our fellow Americans have know idea the true History of America.
