I would think that they should want this to happen since the only thing I know that may have been caused to happen was the formation of the Mueller Commission and the reason for that to happen. It is too obvious to me that the FBI got their FISA order by presenting this dossier. I wonder what will happen when this thing is rammed up them.

They should be crapping their pants. If only Sessions, Ryan, and McConell had a pair and Trump had fired that traitor Rosenstein. This dossier has been discredited, period. Even ranking Dem’s say there is no there, there. So, if the dossier was used to get FISA warrants then anyone indicted or found guilty because of information obtained because of the warrants will have their conviction (Flynn possibly) overturned or thrown out. Also if the Justice Department and FBI were giving classified information to Fusion GPS and paid for the dossier along with the Clinton campaign people need to go to jail.

I doubt a judge would issue a FISA on something that was only speculated. Papadopolus statements were verified thus a much more likely source for a FISA warrant.

Judges don't check the validity of documents. They don't investigate. They rely on investigative bodies like the FBI to give them honest an evaluation of the evidence.

So your assertion is that a judge wouldn't ask for corroborating evidence--even if the evidence is fabricated? "Gee Boss, Trump is getting pissed on by little Russians school girls I need a FISA warrant okay!" "Sure, I'll have it for you in a minute." Well, you're wrong but say you're right, since a FISA warrant can only be used against foreign governments what Russian agencies would it include and how would they ensnare Trump that way? Would they wire tap all Russian prostitutes? How would they get Trump using FISA?

A judge doesn't need to ask for evidence. He acts on the evidence that is presented, expecting that the investigators requesting the warrant will present enough credible evidence without being asked, as it is their job to do so. If there is clear evidence, they don't need corroborating evidence for a warrant.

A FISA warrant can be used against any foreign agent and whomever that evidence shows that they're working with. False evidence designed to thwart the process would obviously be used to bring innocent people into the snare, or else there would be no need for the Clinton campaign to have the false evidence manufactured to begin with.

One other thing on this--Papadopoulos statement was verified by two witnesses. Why wouldn't the FBI get a FISA warrant just on this. What would be the purpose for using the dossier when it wasn't needed to get a warrant?

Which would mean that everything in the dossier would be hearsay and wouldn't be used to get a FISA warrant. Thanks for the clarification and now tell Davie that the dossier couldn't have been used to get a FISA warrant.

We will find out how strong and stable our government is when we see open hearings where powerful people are forced to testify and answers questions under oath about, the Clinton Foundation Pay to Play, Uranium One, the Clinton Classified emails on a private home server, How the Trump Dosier was built and provided plus how it was used to obtain a FISA Warrant.
