If memory serves me correctly, and things haven't changed, it still requires 60 votes to bring a bill to the senate floor, for a full vote.

If so, what are the chances of a stand alone amnesty bill of ever getting to the presidents desk?

Will democrats ever accept a DACA bill that does not include a path to citizenship?

Will democrats ever accept a DACA bill that includes funding for "Trumps Wall"?

I won't be holding my breath in anticipation, that is for sure!

That is all the democrats in Congress are demanding that they immediately given path to citizenship. That means more than 800,000 more votes coming for democrats. In addition, these DACA gets married, then another 800,000 added to the democrat votes. Combining together, there will be additional votes to democrats of 1,600,000 votes. These votes gives them assurance of winning the election every year.

Congress, before giving the democrats these lifetime DACA victory, must select DACA members who have been law abiding in the US. Those while inside who've violated the law must be deported. It was reported that among the DACA'S there are criminals, drug addicts and dealers. There are those who've relentlessly violated the laws while inside the US. Send them home because these people will create a bunch of problems, and continuesly become criminals.

You're incorrect about the 60 vote requirement to bring a bill to the Senate floor. According to this source bills can be brought to the floor whenever a majority of the Senate chooses:

I also found an a different answer which is somewhat vague but says nothing about 60 votes being required for a floor vote:
"To consider a bill on the floor, the Senate first must agree to bring it up – typically by agreeing to a unanimous consent request or by voting to adopt a motion to proceed to the bill, as discussed earlier. Only once the Senate has agreed to consider a bill may Senators propose amendments to it."

This is only my opinion, so go ahead and shoot me if you do not agree. I will probably deserve it. Whether we like it or not, a promise was made by the USA to individuals who were illegally brought to this country before they were 16 years old. DACA was flawed from the start. If you are not familiar, the program was for a set time period, only two years and could be renewed. What the obama administration expected these people to do was reapply every two years and as long as they still met the criteria, they could remain in the USA "in perpetuity." That was the first mistake, there was no path to citizenship or disposition of those individual should our law makers decided to eliminate the EO. It also did not address parents or primary care takers. Nor did it address finances, if the individual could support themselves or would become habitually dependent on welfare. It is a quagmire where our nation has reached an impasse and it is time for a compromise. First a new EO has to be signed that will honor the promise (whether we voted for obama or not, he committed the US) made to these individuals. Meaning those who were in the USA as of 15 June 2012 and received the DACA exemption. We also have to make provisions for their primary care takers, if the individual is under 21 years old.

Next amend our Constitution to replace jus soli or jus sanguinis (14th Amendment) which gives citizenship (with few exceptions) to any child born on US soil or one of our territories. It is not just of the Americans (central and south) who take advantage of this, Russia has a program for pregnant women to have babies in the US so those children then become "anchor" babies. This loop has to be closed.

In exchange for this compromise, the border security has to be addressed.

DACA IS THE ONLY HOPE FOR DEMOCRATS FOR WINNING THE ELECTION. The 800,000 or more DACA, Democrats ask Congress to providing citizenship within 3 years. The purpose of that is to allow DACA to VOTE for democrats in 2020 or 2024 presidential election. Also democrats are asking Congress for DACA that once they are citizens within 3 years to ALLOWING DACA bring all relatives USING the endless CHAIN migration of relatives to the US until they become 10 of millions of free loaders and voters for the democrats. With that situation, Democrats will always win the election every years.

Democrats are experts on crimes like this. Once these 800,000 or more DACA, are given a CHAIN migration, they will rapidly multiply and demand to take over this country, similar Muslims for Islam. Now Islam has competition. Lead by Obama and Oprah, perhaps they will favor more Islam to take over this country.

DACA RAPIDLY multiply like the Mexicans having 5 to 7 children trailing behind the young Mexican woman all feed by the US taxpayers with Food stamps,free education, free medical including tens of thousands of dollars for maternity care in US hospitals. There is a hospital in Texas, and California used mostly by all Mexican women delivering so many of their eggs at the expense of the US taxpayers.

Whereas in San Francisco, it was recently discovered that fraudulent crimes by Chinese couple, being paid by pregnant Chinese women of $40,000 to $50,000 to bring them to the US to deliver their eggs. Once they are here they have their eggs hatched in American soil to become US citizens. These is a huge crime recently discovered. I have read about this several years ago. Activities by the Chinese couple who don't pay taxes out of the several hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars they earn doing these criminal activities. Chinese are one of the most clever and fraudulent people in the world. I don't trust Chinese also.

Please don't buy Tilapia imported from China. I have read an article, that they are raised in polluted waters where their sewers are poured out. Tilapia are voracious poop eaters.

Agreement will never come though.. Those under DACA won out when No brought them in.. Many adults now I still wonder why they didn’t move to become legal citizens?? Other than loosing the social programs that keep them going I mean....
