Wow can you imagine Trump sending out a cease and desist notice because someone said something nasty about him and his family. I think everybody in this country who Did Trump has said false and misleading statement, not to mention the nasty things he has said, and the careers he has destroyed. Should all send him one.

As soon as Trump receives his first subpoena he drops the law suite. His lawyers will not let him testify under oath. Trump is a pathological liar and his legal team knows it. Besides this could go on for years and Bannon knows it.

Airforceone, There is a thing called " prior restraint ". This is a phrase in our constitution that says that the government can not stop any publication from being printed. Once the work is published, the government can stop further printing of the work under extraordinary circumstances, like very important national security violations.
