Weather modification just jumped from “chemtrail” conspiracy theory into mainstream reality, as Congress began holding hearings on geoengineering
Geoengineering is finally going mainstream as the U.S. House Subcommittee on Environment and Subcommittee on Energy Hearing, in November, held the first House hearing about the science that until now has generally been considered a “conspiracy theory” and relegated to the fringe’s of society by the Praetorian Guard mainstream media — controlled by the ruling power-elite oligarchy.

The controversial subject of climate engineering or weather modification – which was popularized, and oversimplified with the term “chem-trails” – is stepping from the shadows and into the light of public scrutiny for the first time.

The congressional hearing, titled “Geoengineering: Innovation, Research, and Technology,” was attended by members of the House committees as well as representatives of think tanks, academics, and researcher scientists to discuss the future of geoengineering research.

During the first hearing, the potential need to set up a regulatory structure within which experiments would be allowed, at a set scale, was discussed. Now, those who deny the fact that government is involved in geoengineering will be the conspiracy theorists.

They've been doing chemtrails since the 50's when as a toddler my grandfather was carrying me in his arms. I pointed up to the sky and asked him "What is that?" He looked up and said "They're doing some testing." For the past week the sky has been criss cross FULL of chemtrails that linger for hours and hours.

I do land surveying here on the East Coast Cape Cod Mass and I have been watching these Trails for some years now and there are times they fill the sky and then one of these Trails disperse is left with a silvery sky. I can noticeably feel the difference when the sky is up scared and you don't feel the sun on your skin. And what it is they're using up there worries me. I hear that use Nano aluminum particles and other elements. I remember reading a study that aluminum in the bloodstream settles into the human brain and is the leading cause of Alzheimer's. This might explain the ineptitude and the fact that people cannot concentrate on what is happening around them. Almost a nation of inconsiderate zombies. People seem to be locked in on an inconsiderate selfish primitive mindset. America runs on chemtrails.

I posted because in the past when I have posted on this subject there were always a bunch of shills who would start insulting arguments, (kind of like your above post) suggesting that anyone who did not agree that they were really only contrails were at least deluded if not outright insane.

People are so deficient in the ability to think that they do many things that are quite silly. For example while frying their morning eggs in an aluminum pan they will sagely shake their head and decry the use of aluminum in chemtrails.

I always laugh to myself as I watch "Health" seeking joggers as they run on the side of the road's hard knee and foot injuring surface breathing in the exhaust fumes of the trucks and cars driving by them.

Same with the bicyclers.

They are indeed strange critters.

It's fairly easy to distinguish the difference between the zombies and the people who are awake. I believe the people who are awake have accepted the mark of God on their forehead it's kind of like anti satanic radar. The tough part is getting to work and home safely and keeping your home safe. If you don't live in a good neighborhood find one, with good neighbors. Good neighbors are earned and rewarded buy good neighbors. I have the best Neighbors in the whole world because they are my neighbors. We need to take care of our communities. We need to wake more people up about what is going on in the schools. For instance some of the LGBT training going on in California for first graders. And so much of this just cruises right past the for brains on some people and they don't see anything wrong with it. So all those white trails I see in pictures of WWII B17 formations flying over Germany were really chemicals being used to poison the Germans. That's WMD warfare, we now owe reparations for the stupidity of their now generation caused by our "chem trails".

What are you writing about? WMDs? Carpet bombing, especially incendiary carpet bombing as advocated by Churchill and used against civillian populations would certainly qualify as WMD. I am not talking about that sort of thing.

Airplanes have left contrails since the first flights. Contrails are totally different from chemtrails, lasting a much shorter time and not coalescing with other contrails. they are essentially water vapor, which seem to do no harm and dissipate in a relatively short time..

I am talking about chemtrails, oily in nature, containing many different substances, including aluminium, which stay visible for many hours and spread to join other chemtrails made by the same plane or sister planes to cause a pale haze, supposedly to block the sun or influence the weather, in some cases attempting to cause rain to fall in a specific area, possibly causing floods, or block the rain in another area causing drought. Big money can be made/stolen in this way.

Chemtrails can be and probably are being used in a military application.

Although weather control has been attempted and spoken of for many years, when a researcher has attempted to get information as to chemtrails he has been rebuffed, lied to and threatened. One of the more common procedures used by trolls or shills working for one or another govt. to distract and change the direction of inquiry has been the use of insult, and inuendo, such as you have posted. That IS Stupid in that we are aware of these stratagems and recognize what you are attempting if you use them. This also tells us that we are moving in the right direction.
If you continue in this vein I for one will not bother to answer you, since there is no useful information beyond what I have noted that you can give us.

I did see a YouTube shockumentary or something along that line. That's a nano aluminum in the atmosphere works like an antenna if you think about it it makes sense. And the antenna was used for a new technology for controlling ground-to-air to satellite back to the ground in some sort of real time applied technology. It sounded kind of strange when I first heard it but it also made me wonder wouldn't it be easy to hack the system buy an enemy? Or is it some sort of cloud technology no pun intended. And there was another shockumentary about the government's ability to project Holograms anywhere with anything. You'll find it is Project Blue beam.
