Had a small road side place where he smoked his own ham called gatores if at the end of the day if he had any barbecued ham left he would make pizza . Put that meat drowned in cheeze and put in and cook it. Dont knock it till you try it if its great barbecue it makes great pizza

Barbecued ham topping? Why not? A little barbecue sauce to augment (or even replace) the tomato sauce, some pineapple chunks added in and you might even be on a winner. I had visions of a pizza being made up and put in the smoker to cook. Glad you cleared that up, I don't know if I'd have been able to sleep tonight thinking about it.

NO tomato sauce just your pizza bread barbecue meat and cheeze pineapple sounds good
