Hi all. Listen, we all know that these damn politicians get away with so much it absolutely makes onen not only mystified as well as aggrevating as all hell for the rest of us who are required to follow the most basic of laws that would entail HUGE FINES AS WELL AS POTENTIAL JAIL TIME were we to break even the most trivial of crimes depending on your peronal outlook. My question is, what actually can happen once a supeona (Spelling?) is issued to to these elected officials or more importantly at least to me those that have taken the OATHS OF OFFICE put into positions of power and refuse to show up because of some lame excuse such as a scheduling issue. What happens and what are the remedies of the Congress and or the Senate that once they do ultimately do show up and then PLEAD THE FIFTH like Lois Lerner or for that matter Lorreta Lynch told the invesigative body behind closed doors that said when questioned "THAT IM NOT GOING TO ANSWER THIS OR THAT QUESTION"? We should all know this by now that once you plead the fifth you dont have to answer any questions that could potentially incriminate you. So what? Can I refuse to show up for jury duty and then when Im dragged before the court by Law Enforcement to answer for my choice not to show up and then plead the fifth, do I just get to go home and the judge just says OH WELL THATS THAT! I mean what recourse do these investigative bodies when that bullshit ocurrs? How do we get the bad guys into the proverbial orange jump suit? There has to be a way for for real and true justice to happen RIGHT? Some education here please. This whole thing gets me going every time it happens!

Congress has no power to prosecute. They can charge someone with contempt of congress but they have to turn the complaint over to the Justice Dept. If the Justice Dept. prosecutes or not is up to them.

Give it a little more time and take some to write to your Reps. God is at work here. Things that have been hidden are being exposed. God is using circumstances to speak to the hearts of many Americans right now...and 2018 is looming.

Not only that, this nation was allowed to come into existence for specific reasons, one which may be realized very soon. We can't do our job while we're hampered by criminals like the Clintons or the machine they still have in place.

All that stuff, which God's people gave their blessing to in 54 when they agreed to the Johnson monstrosity, will take time to deconstruct and it appears God is beginning in the places of the greatest power...the Establishment...the media...Hollywood.

Thanks for the resonses. All though what soes happen after someone pleads the fifth. How can they still be charged and convicted? Its very obvious Im no lawyer but these peopel just cant be allowed to walk ESPECIALLY if there is a mountian of evidence Right?

One of the most harmful results, (I realize there are many, and a lot of them are egregious) of the Obama tenure was the damage done to the rule of law. Obama's "fundamental transformation", turning an America, (whose foundations were individual liberty, freedom of speech, and equal justice under the law,) into another third world banana republic cesspool were well under way. It was Hillary's job to finish the "transformation." AND these goals are STILL being pursued by the same people, (many are bureaucrats still embedded in the government.) The fact that the Democrats and their collaborators and accomplices in the media as well as their army of useful idiots are just fine with all this treasonous corruption is a huge problem that we are now going to be forced to expose and put a stop to, or that "fundamental transformation" will succeed, and we WILL be just another third world banana republic.

We are at war. The last 8 years our country had no leadership. What we did have was an administration that was destroying America. We have a new Commander that has redrew the battle lines. It will take time. There are laws in place to deal with your concerns. The reason no one was sentenced the last 8 years was because those at the top had complete control. We've only been into this new battle for a year. The more the enemy attacks us, the more they lose ground. The more they investigate us the more they uncover their own misdeeds. To your question, when the rats are ran out. It will be on the Justice Department and we have a good General over there. Congress can only investigate, Justice has to prosecute.

Number one priority is thwarting the globalist plan for America which will be an ongoing battle. Support Trump and candidates who support him. The folks of Alabama should have payed attention to Trump's "instinct" in the primary. The Establishment needs its demons exorcised and this foolish attempt to cover their ass by framing Trump for their collusion with Russia is the equivalent of puking green stuff at the priests.
