The "Deep State" conspiracy is typical of the rise of fascism. Make all representative and normal agencies of government into the enemy. The vital functioning of the Republic is deemed corrupt and untrustworthy. Need for a major overhaul. Put all the president's men into their positions. Or dissolve those agencies.
