ME TOO!!

I work nights, get home watch some tv and talk to the wife. Then I get my granddaughter off to school and try to get about 5 hours sleep. Never have slept much except when I am sick, then I'll sleep most of a day.

Beats peeing the bed!

Amen. After I retired, It seems I traded in my old alarm clock for a bladder alarm clock. When I was young, I could sleep twelve hours without ever having to get up once. Now, five hours is the max. I suppose it is better that I was actually able to get some sleep during the period of my life when I had to be rested and alert in able to receive a paycheck. My employer would Never have allowed me a two hour nap during the day.

I think my Dr. gets really tired when she asks me how often I have to pee at night. My answer is always not at all. I have to do it bad when I wake up after 7 hours of sleep but I don't think that is what wakes me up.

I'm with you Roy, I almost never wake up having to pee having done so before going to bed and after getting up not for a half hour or so. My thing is falling to sleep but once I do I'm out unless I hear something out of ordinary. For a long time after I retired last year I was waking up at 0530 out of habit, I now wake up and go back to half sleep til 0900 or so. It's in way a bitch to get older but there are some perks that come with it. Heck, it's what we busted our butts to achieve. Mike
