Wish I could remember the name of the burger joint near Graceland... best burger I ever tasted. There was an exhibit called Mud Island that shows the entire Mississippi River that I enjoyed more than Graceland. Loved Elvis but the estate was a big disappointment to me. I'd go listen to some Blues on Beale St. or go to the Peabody Hotel and watch the ducks. If the weather is good go sit on the banks of the Big Muddy and think of paddle wheel and steam boats, Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn. Or you could rent a car and drive to Tupelo, MS and see his childhood home, it's almost big enough to turn around in. Hope you enjoy your trip.

Dude, you don't know the south, Bring a wind breaker and a winter coat. One thing you'll find down here is if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it'll change. Brother, we can go from 70* to 29* in a mili-minute, and it' not the dry cold you guy know. It's cold and damp which is much colder than you're use to. Bring clothes. Mike
