Depends. Do you think he should be charged with harboring sexual deviants? A lot of Catholic priests were 'outed' for 'abusing' young boys in their churches... That had me wondering whether the Pope, if living in modern (modren) America would align himself with the democrat party of Weiner, Hillary, Obama, Lauer, BillyBob Clinton, Conyers, Weinstein, ... This is the 'court of public opinion'. No proof is necessary to be tarred and feathered in this court, just an accuser and an outrageous accusation. Public opinion will fill in for any 'proof'. In the court of public opinion, if you are a hard-working, successful public figure, you are guilty before being charged, because public opinion is envious and hateful of your success. So stop all this whining about 'proof'. None is required.

I didn't say that's how I think. I said that's how it is. No thinking necessary, just observation. And I did not at any time mention the American judicial system.
