The Bureau of Land Management is one that is in trial right now as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Both involved in the land grab out west.

I always thought the two (2) prime functions of our ' Gubment' was to 1. Maintain the stability of our Currency and 2. Maintain our borders. Neither function is being performed. I'M HOME anyway!

No, it is "to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures". If 'stability' was a goal, then the constant FED inflation would also be unconstitutional. The constitution says the same about 'stability' as it does about 'democracy': Nada.
