Sorry, but he doesn't have time "to primp and do a photo shoot for a rag like time" but does have time to spend a third of his presidency on his own properties and golf, costing taxpayers to date $81, 466, 009. I am not saying saying he should not have this leisure time, the presidency is highly stressful, and by temperament he made need it, but he does have spare time for whatever.

First of all where did you get your number. 2nd of all..you can get a hell of a lot of work done on the golf course. I did it all the time....
