Well, Pete, it may take a little nudging to get the timidity(the kindest word I could think of) out of the Republicans. I think a good analogy for Democrats would be Pit Bulls and for Republicans I think Golden Retriever would be very fitting. You can call it what you want but Democrats should be very thankful that R's are acting like they have been instead of like Democrats, going for the jugular. As long as the R's are acting like gentlemen and gentlewomen, the D's are going to keep getting away with their crap. I have heard it said that R's are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome and while I wouldn't totally agree with that analysis, it does make one think. The D's and their willing accomplices in the press seem to have little to fear. Donald Trump is making inroads while the D's continue to loudly proclaim their innocence. Sensible people are starting to listen. That is, I mean, other than Hollywood, Academia, and by extension, the millennials. I, frankly, think we should be praying for our Country.
