Honestly, I see no point in continued hostilities and anger. I wish he would bury the hatchet, but it seems that he only wishes to bury it in my back. If you are religious, pray for his recovery from whatever ails him. I hope, for his sake, that this is just another characterization he has assumed to amuse himself, if not he needs help.

I read many of your posts and find most to be thoughtful and have content worth examining. I am a bit surprised you are getting any pushback as I don’t remember you using profanity or insulting anyone other than questioning their intelligence when they dispute proven facts.

Two good questions. I sent Admin a PM and asked. Pilgarlic behavior, any actions that would lead an acquaintance to pretend that they pity you. For example, an individual who is a habitually complain they are mistreated by others when in reality they are the talk of the town or is a hypochondriac you may pretend to care about their newest deadly disease. Finally any action which would cause another to tolerate you, but would not want you as part of the family.... and that would depend on how tolerant you may be. For some it may be chewing with your mouth open or lying, or be hypercritical of a friend.

You had me confused on the word "Pilgarlic" as I was thinking of a "bald man". I later went and researched it and you were correct in the extended definition..... Eg......

Very funny. It reminds me of when you pmed me yrs ago to be my friend while openly attacking me on the forum. Any review of my threads clearly demonstrate that I was attacked, not the attacker. Blind ad hominem was the rule. I have always looked for friendly debate. Any anathema I expressed was for the lack of substantive debate, and that was rarely.

I like straightforward honesty, people dedicated to discussing issues without personal attacks to win their point. I am not as clever as PennyLynn in manipulation. She is sheer genius, and it always amazes me. If I do not accept her offer to bury the hatchet, I am the bad guy. If I do, I admit I was the bad guy. Brilliant. Love it!

Indeed, I did write to you offering friendship. Words are exchanged, some nice and some not so nice..... those words can never be taken back or changed. However, each breath that my Father allows me to take gives me an opportunity to change and reflect before I make the same mistakes over and over. Indeed, I have learned how to forgive, not just others but myself and take the opportunities offered in each new day. Perhaps you are not to this point yet, but I hope that one day you too can learn to live each day as if it were your last. And when you take your next breath and think about saying something unpleasant, either to yourself or others you become mindful that it may be your last breath and will never have the opportunity to make amends or ask them to forgive your tone or words.

Again, I hold no animosities toward you. I have no dog in your fights. So, if you wish to continue to try and insult me, it will not work because I have forgiven you for the past and I will forgive you for anything you say today, tomorrow, or eternity. I know that we could never be friends or hold any hope that you would permit civil discussions. But, miracles still happen... who knows, one day you too may learn to lay the past to rest and move forward.
