Nonsense! You could not exterminate blacks. They make so many babies. Every time epidemic diseases happen in Africa, the US gave the highest funding and personnel assistance to Africa. E.g. Ebola crisis when thousands died in Africa. US had donated tens of millions of dollars to helping them, sent medical doctors and nurses who many of them were infected and had suffered. During the administration of president Bush, US gave Africa, $15 billion to eradicate diseases which seem always attracted to the African countries. The American Red Cross, lost tens of millions of dollars of peoples' donations when serving Africa during the Ebola crisis, It must be corruption of both the bank in Africa, and the people handling the financial affairs of the Red Cross.

I gave donations to the Red every year. But I think I won't be giving them much anymore, after knowing that money they handle disappear. But overall US help Africa, most in terms of financial, medical, and manpower to eradicate their deadly diseases, and extreme poverty. Muslims are killing them and taking their children. Those Africans who came, or brought to the US are very lucky.
