Surely there are things such as flexible/fluid genders that interest CA administrators more than basic economic survival of the state and the welfare of the citizens.

A funny/sad/dangerous state. I just recently read an account of an exec. who had known LA before it all went to ruin and his statement about LA was that 'it smells of urine' everywhere and the street people dive into the better restaurants, even, to snatch a diner's food.

Other then sex, drugs, booze and pedophilia, next in line is to shove people down so far so the lowlife elitist and Hollywood can make themselves feel superior to everyone else. Population control? No prob...just make it legal to pass around HIV or spread disease from urine and feces in the streets.....sounds like a plan to me.
