Looking over the population's characteristics, one comes to the not-surprising conclusion that there are districts in MN, CA, NY.. with similar voting histories, i.e. voting a clown into an important office and thus bestowing tons of money, prestige, fantastic freedoms for the rest of their lives. Curious, isn't it?

What can you possibly say about this that wouldn't be construed as racist?
A new argument for cultural diversity, perhaps. Or the basis for a new law that requires citizens, to be distributed equidistant, from others of their ethnicity all across the nation. Some kind of quota for every population center requiring a pro-rated distribution of all groups. Add in IQ testing and require a Bell Curve distribution in every population center. This path very quickly becomes the slippery slope into Aryanism and genetic purification.
Better to let idiots elect idiots, they get the representation they deserve.

Good question since even a statement about the weather, gravity, sunrise, sunset, wind velocity are all considered 'RACIST' by the professional whiners.
