Is it possible that this person was stupid, ignorant and mentally incapacitated to the point that he didn’t have the mental ability to understand what he was doing as an adult? The mind of a child in an adult’s body. I have met and seen people like this in my lifetime. What do you think? They do things w/o understanding the consequences of their actions.

That wasn't quite the point I was making. It was more in line with, I want to start a fire, to cook or keep warm, I start a fire. He knew he was here illegally, no way to know if he knew starting a fire was illegal, but if it was, why would one law mean any more than another. Not so much incapacitated, as willful.

It doesn't surprise me that the fires were intentionally started, but I figured it would more likely have been related to the Saudi Muslim terrorists. Maybe he is a terrorist, since he has terrorized a Hell of a lot of people with his actions. If it was in fact this illegal alien who set the fires, technically a terrorist of not, then the sanctuary county/city that let him avoid being arrested and deported by their refusal to cooperate with the ICE, should be forced to stand good for all the damages caused by the fires, without Federal aid money of any kind! The illegal alien should be charged with murder and executed for the lives that he chose to take fighting the fires he started.
Maybe it could be considered an act of terrorism, or even an act of war since the drug cartels may have been involved, and the insurance companies could get off the hook for paying for any of the homes and all the other property destroyed. Those held responsible for the event should have to reimburse the government for their costs of fighting the fires as well. There is no reason that it should cost me any tax money for their Progressive stupidity, unlawful actions, and stubbornness.
