If you are convinced you are inferior in just about every way but you can increase your APPARENT importance by hiring sixteen (16) servants using other people's cash.. you get those sixteen and while they are fawning and fainting and groveling bowing and scraping making you feeling like the dark queen you know you really are and you pick a favorite handful and travel all -ALL - over the globe. Yes, that traveling is paid for with other folks' money, but WTH, you are the Queen for the day and you are in DC Heaven, so you get those sixteen (16) servants to wait upon your ugly no-talent self and that compensates for your feelings if inferiority somehow.

Then in comes the 'Snow Queen' and twelve (12) positions are eradicated, four do the necessary job -- no sweat.
