I used to go every weekend, rent the little boat and spend the day fishing and cooking that fresh fish right there ..Used frogs you skipped along the tops of the Lilly pads until bam, it hit and fought and then gave up when you put it in the boat..🦈🦈they were so cool to see hitting the frog and going down..blues ran in Flirida too but I didn't like their meat.. Too fishy tasting for me..!😮🙃

On the Blues, Someone told me to slit their throats when I caught them, before I threw them into the bucket, and let them bleed out. Made a big difference. My Hubby was always a big bass fisherman.

Check out Trout Fishing Trail, Jackson county N.C.
Only one (I think) in the US. Fishing is great fun in Florida, fish and dive in South Florida.
Always enjoy trout fishing Montana and N. Carolina.
