District Courts do not regulate and manage our National Security interest(s). They are not privy to all information required to make a pragmatic and reasonable assessment.
They can appeal to the Supreme Court, but I'd continue the ban if it is a matter of National Security.
Finally, if necessary, the National Security interest may revert to Congress for debate and legislation. Then allow the people to vote and decide their leadership.
