How could that possibly justify any war? It only justifies the belief that the American military are savages, worse, perhaps then even the armies of Genghis Khan.

It's what they thought they could find there.

It was against International Law. That doesn't justify anything. And Americans acted like beasts, savages. It had nothing to do with justification.

And I WILL see them in court, ICC, ICJ, or even a world tribunal, if necessary. ALL of them.

They chose to throw one of the great things about America into the toilet: its justice system. If America no longer has that, she has nothing. They acted evilly, and so they are evil.

And remember: ONE instance is an isolated incident; TWO (or more) are war crimes.

And they didn't even tell their "detainees" what their rights were under International Law. I WILL see them in court.

It was a total apocalypse, really. Bush launched this one with zero justice in mind. He's one cool cucumber, that one. I suspect his father was the one doing the thinking in that regime. Remember how we put the Shah in power? And why??

But yes, what they did had nothing to do with justification, only what they thought they might obtain there could have given justice to that war, although how they obtained it would have been a fabrication. Evil hardly describes what they did and were doing.

Did you see the pictures on Wikipedia? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abu_Ghraib_torture_and_prisoner_abuse

Look at those pictures, and then tell me the American military had any kind of justification for that.

I repeat: I WILL see you in court. ICC, ICJ, or possibly a world tribunal.

And remember what I said, "Fair Trial Rights" is, if not an outright American invention, at least part and parcel of her heritage. If she no longer has that, she has nothing. The American military threw it into the toilet. I didn't. They did.

The military did what they were told to do. They shouldn't have, but they did. And who ordered them to do it??

Both the "tellers" and the "tellees" are responsible. Look at those pictures again. Look at the faces of the Americans doing the torturing. Don't tell me they did it under coercion.

Don't forget what A. Parra (Y Figueroa) said in his short story Totenbuch: "Coercion is rationalized so that responsiblity can be disclaimed."

Do you understand what that means? He was referring to Eichmann, but it works here as well.

I WILL see them in court. ALL of them! Because the abuse of power is the greatest evil in the world. And if mankind cannot find ways to reduce that, he is DOOMED.
