Former Wharton Professor: "Donald Trump Was the Dumbest Goddam Student I Ever Had."

Late Professor William T. Kelley taught Marketing at Wharton School of Business and Finance, University of Pennsylvania, for 31 years, ending with his retirement in 1982. Dr. Kelley, who also had vast experience as a business consultant, was the author of a then-widely used textbook called Marketing Intelligence -- The Management of Marketing Information (originally published by P. Staples, London, 1968). Dr. Kelley taught marketing management to both undergraduate and graduate students at Wharton. www.upenn.edu/… Dr. Bill was one of my closest friends for 47 years when we lost him at 94 about six years ago. Bill would have been 100 this year.

Donald J. Trump was an undergraduate student at Wharton for the latter two of his college years, having been graduated in 1968. www.thedp.com/…

Professor Kelley told me 100 times over three decades that “Donald Trump was the dumbest goddam student I ever had.” I remember his emphasis and inflection — it went like this — “Donald Trump was the dumbest goddam student I ever had.” Dr. Kelley told me this after Trump had become a celebrity but long before he was considered a political figure. Dr. Kelley often referred to Trump’s arrogance when he told of this — that Trump came to Wharton thinking he already knew everything.

This has relevance now because as recently as this week, President Trump has challenged the Secretary of State of the United States to an I.Q. contest. www.washingtonpost.com/… This came within two days after NBC reported that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson called the President a “moron” www.nbcnews.com/… or a “fucking moron” www.slate.com/… The President has frequently bragged that he was a great student at a great school (Wharton). time.com/… Thus, the public is entitled to a contrary view from somebody who was there (Dr. Kelley), and I faithfully report it here.

I agree. Trump is not that smart. He gets what he wants by strong-arming others. He is a bully.

Hello Archie, I'm sure once you comprehended that Cruz was not a Constitutionally qualified candidate you switched.
Smart is not one of the Constitutional Requirements.
So, what part about the conversation annoys you?

These guys are getting too ridiculous for words anymore.
It won't be long before someone comes up with a piece of gum Trump stuck under a desk in high school, and connects the dots on the gum manufacturer, and their evil connections.

I wanted Cruz to begin with. What would be said about him? Even leftist Allen Dershowitz said Ted was the smartest student he ever taught.
This crap is getting too stupid to even bother with anymore.
I can't take it. I'm peacing out!

I deny The Donald is a bully. He is very astute. If one feels intimidated that is their issue, not that he is a bully. I think he takes to much off Sessions and I would love to see that SOB gone. the Sec. of State skates on thin ice. His SCOTUS appointment was confirmed... Good Job Pardoned Joe. Calls out and names persons and their offense. There is no editing or ghost Twitter. Absofvckinglutely he will strong arms and occasionally more. Seldom says he's sorry. I like that.
He is detested by the liberal candy ass persons like Nancy and many PINO. Hooray.

Would you like to rephrase your response???
The Presidents base is made up of Americans The Donald named sovereign. I'm one of them. I deny you are competent enough to gauge intelligence between supporters and detractors.

J,

It was a simple matter of knowing the prof expressed the truth.. Apparent to nearly everyone except the group of right wingers who see has a directer of the rapture..

All the world expresses what a foo was elected by the United States.

a now dead professor who knew this decades ago does not need his politics involved..

But a professor is by definition a very intelligent person, so he was no doubt a Democrat...

Show us where you attended Wharton and have any personal knowledge of President Trump!

Collectively we here could drum up a fantasy story about you and use the information as to being given by someone no longer alive to justify it. But we mostly already know your motives for all these infantile posts you make. What a sad life you have. Not one single original thought you have. And no pity coming to you at all. My goodness, you do reap what you sow.
