Bowe Bergdahl Set to Plead Guilty to Desertion, Misbehavior Before the Enemy

Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl, the man President Obama traded five high-ranking Taliban commanders for, is reportedly set to plead guilty to charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy.
Bergdahl had made repeated attempts to have his case dismissed on grounds that then-candidate Donald Trump had used “unlawful command influence” to sway opinion.
Trump had referred to Bergdahl as a “dirty, rotten, no good traitor.”
“Frankly, I would take that son of a b****, I’d fly him back and drop him right over the top,” Trump added at a campaign rally to raucous applause.
#Trump, who said he would bomb the sh** out of ISIS, also said he’d drop Bowe Bergdahl out of plane.

It appears Bergdahl will finally confess to actually being a ‘dirty, rotten, no good traitor.’
The Associated Press is reporting that Bergdahl “is expected to plead guilty to desertion and misbehavior before the enemy,” this according to two individuals with knowledge of the case.
Sentencing will begin on October 23rd, and the man who abandoned his post In Afghanistan, resulting in several Americans dying as they tried to find him, could face up to five years in prison on the desertion charge and a life sentence for misbehavior.
President Obama, as was customary during his two terms, repeatedly lied to the American people about Bergdahl’s story, then celebrated in the Rose Garden with his family upon securing his release for five terrorists.

The prisoner exchange marked a stark turnaround for Obama, who as a candidate told the American people that he had “never supported engagement with terrorists.”
Obama’s National Security Adviser Susan Rice did her best to justify the ‘engagement with terrorists,’ claiming Bergdahl had “served the United States with honor and distinction” and that “he was an American prisoner of war captured on the battlefield.”
He was neither. Now he’s finally admitting to that fact.

Obama's entire administration was filled with incompetent, hard-core leftist ideologues, who mechanically parroted the administration's narrative even though any normal thinking person would instantly realize they were not telling the truth, aka lying. Every thinking person knew that Bergdahl was a traitor yet Obama held a Rose Garden ceremony celebrating his atrocious deal where he swapped traitorous scumbag Bergdahl for 4 high ranking taliban commander-level POWs.

I was in the Army in the late 50's. At that time if you did what 'Bergdahl' did You stood the chance of a firing squad, at best a life sentence at Leavenworth. What should happen to this trader is to fly him with a parachute over ISIS territory in an old C-47 singing 'Allah bless Islam' on the way down.
