Most intelligent people have their own opinions and are not swayed one way or the other by what they hear. You may listen, but you choose to believe what you have determined to be the truth by measuring all the ideas presented with the FACTS which you have obtained. We all know FAKE when we hear it or read it. One big mistake is not recognizing the tail wagging the dog in the same manner over and over again until “they “ come up with a new scheme to destroy reputations and twist the minds of the people.
A good for instance was the spurt of women who suddenly were charging men who were in political positions, etc. of sexual misbehavior. One might have been believable, but they were coming out of the woodwork. One after another. A few too many.

Fake News is not news, it is a disruptive force that should be ended now. It is not covered under freedom of Speech. Our founding fathers did not state that news reporters were free to make up the news to suit their desires or to help overthrow the government of any country, much less the United States government and a duly elected president. When all cabinet members are busy defending themselves from the lies of the press, they get nothing done. They cannot hide behind the Constitution. We, the people, should call them out on this. It is sickeningly disgusting. Put them out of business by ignoring their lies and the agencies that pay their salaries...NY Times, CNN, etc.
