Hello Rachael

For your safety and that others we ask that you please keep hands and feet securely inside the ride at all times. :-D

Just kidding but do watch out for trolls they can be rather nasty at times.

Hi Rachael! I don't know that you'll learn a lot about politics here. You will learn a lot about stubbornness, demagoguery, spelling, ignorance, infantile behavior, open mindedness, divisiveness, cooperation and a few more. You'll have to decide for yourself what, if anything, you take away from here. Hopefully it will only be the good stuff. :P

Welcome! I am not sure how much you will be taught from OPP participants, but the research you will find yourself doing is highly educational. Again welcome and remember to use the quote reply when responding to people. It just helps keep the thread readable.

Hi Racheal . Welcome aboard ! There is a lot of links posted to good sites that give a lot of information on politics . I'm sure you will learn quite a bit . There is some people who post a lot of junk and name calling here also . They rarely prove any of their ranting's and they are prone to attack other posters . I call these attackers Liberals or Progressive or Leftist . Most others are Conservatives . Good luck !

Thanks, I'm ashamed to say I haven't voted in a while, I got disheartened but now all this craziness is getting to be too much!! I am a concerned mom for our future and our children's future. It's time to get involved

I do vote but have to admit that it seems to be harder each election to determine which candidate is the "lesser of the two weevils" ;-)
