I did place an order for a product online. Hours after ordered I received a phone call. The caller verified my order but he then requested my bank card number. At that point, I laughed at him and hung up. He called back within a few minutes and I hung up on him. Within 30 minutes a female called. THIS IS A SCAM! BEWARE! If you've already used your information online to place an order, there is no reason for a caller who wishes you to repeat your information.

Many years ago stealing horses and cattle was a hanging offense.
I think identity theft should be a capitol crime eligible for the death penalty.

Off Topic A Bit:
The Only Prob I Have Ordering On-Line
Is The Added Tax Of Shipping, $7-8...
And I Don't Know Up Front Who's Delivering
UPS And FedX Both Have A Hand-Off Deal With The USPS
Postal Won't Deliver To My House Since I Also Have A PO Box
They Return EVERYTHING As 'Undeliverable' If It's My House Address
Real Loop-D-Loop
Plus UPS Delivers 3-7 Days
FedX 3-7 Days
USPS 3-7 Days
The Co-Delivery Deals 4-6 WEEKS

I think some of the USPS stuff might have changed some now. At least where we are at.
The company I work for handles the FED EX Smartpost stuff. I unload a FED EX truck every night, then it goes out on our routs for delivery to the post offices. We have had problems with a few smaller town post offices refusing their shipments because if it hits their facility before 9:00 am they are required to put it out on route for delivery that day.
It took days, and endless emails to get it straightened out. Some of those Postmasters seem to think they wield an awful lot of power.

That is what you get for attempting to purchase a new "Broom" on line....

In My Area
My Complaint Is Current And Up-To-Date Today
UPS And FedX Can Deliver To My Home Address - If They Want
USPS Will Deliver To My PO Box - But Not My House
Anything Else Is A Total Cluster
If I Knew How Things Would Be Shipped Up Front
I Could Address My Delivery Appropriately
Or Not:
I Placed An On-Line Order The Night Before Last
All My Contacts Were Confirmed Delivery To My PO Box Via USPS
But, On Shipment Confirmation, Address #1 Is Now My Street Address
Fortunately, The Label Might Also Carry My PO Address As #2, Or Not ??
We'll See....

That's just stupid! I perfectly understand UPS, or FED EX calling a P.O. box, or R.R. box number undeliverable, but a physical address with the USPS? That makes no sense to me.

The best thing to do is tell them you left your wallet in the car and need to run outside to get it, then set the phone down and get on with your day. This both wastes the crooks time and keeps them from scamming another sucker for the time they are willing to wait for you to find your card.

It's True

This Is Really Funny
Our Kid Lived With Us Recently
He Made An Order, Used Our Street Address
With Only His Name On It, They Delivered To Our Mail Box !!

Did you make somebody at the post office mad?

It's Just The Way It Is
PO BOX = No Home Address Delivery
The Delivery I'm Expecting Now
Is The First Order I Filled Out With Addresses #1 & #2
So I'll See In A Few Days How That Works - Or Doesn't
