The article was written by Oded Yinon, a former senior official with the Israeli Foreign Ministry and a journalist for the Jerusalem Post. The Yinon Plan was nothing more than an OpEd in a quarterly journal, it did not become official policy of the Israeli government.

We need only observe the policy changes since 9-11 to see the Yinon Plan being implemented. Post-9-11 policies also fulfill on the Protocols of Zion agenda.
