Just out of curiosity, exactly how many others have left Mueller's Special Counsel team? This is the first of which I have heard.

Some may just have taken a leave of absence so they can fund drive for the DNC.

I believe he's the first. Had two stories same guy. But I would like to have someone interview him and find out exactly why he left. From listening to the number of Clinton donors that are on board, it doesn't like Trump has a fightin' chance. I'm sure that doesn't matter to guys like you, right?

I believe he's the first. Looking at the number of Clinton donors, it doesn't look like Trump is going to have a fightin' chance (witch hunt). They'll dig up something that doesn't amount to a row of beans, but you won't care, right. Is it really that important that Trump get a fair shake?

I am pretty sure this comment is not aimed at me. Right?

I don't know how you ended up with that. I know I sent it to slatten. Of course, it was not meant for you Mr. J Florio! Sorry about that. I hope and pray you laughed.

I did. This is a ridiculous witch hunt. conflict of interests, partisanship, all the things an Independent Council is not supposed to be.

Strange that you intended this for me, Fullspinzoo, as I neither donated to Hillary nor voted for her. Regular OPP'ers are aware of my pick of Jim Webb in the last presidential election. I wrote him in, as I professed to having found both Mrs. Clinton and The Donald loathsome choices. In terms of the investigation, I care only for the truth to be found and presented in a straightforward manner...and, "a fair shake."

Bob Mueller has an impeccable past record and the results of his investigation will be aboveboard. No doubt, each party will complain only if the investigation goes against their wishes. To many, if not most, he will be either hero or villain, depending upon the investigation's findings. In other words, the investigation will most likely be judged by political/ideological partisanship. I can and will live with the findings, however it swings. What other realistic choice does any citizen have, until again going to the ballot box?

IMO, most congressional investigations (by either party) in my lifetime have been "witch-hunts." As stated previously, Mr. Mueller is one of the most (across party lines) respected men in Washington circles. If anything is to be found, Mueller will find it, and not by manufacturing at the behest of any party or ideology.

There in lies the problem, Washington circle! He is one of them, and that is why they all fear the gravy train is about to pull into the station.

Possibly, as many worry as to that. I don't fear that from Mueller.
