He did not tell us to help the lazy to remain lazy, by giving to them what we earned and needed to feed and clothe our families. He did not tell us to accept and validate behavior that God had declared sinful and against His design for us either.

But if you want to know how those systems of government effects and define their citizens, then just look at the countries that employ those systems of government, and what condition their people are in.
