She wants to bring out a subject about President Trumps comment on Putin throwing out 2/3s of American diplomat force in Russia. The proper way to bring about the subject might be,

"President Trump has thanked Putin for throwing out 2/3s or our diplomatic team in Russia. He was happy because our payroll was cut. I wonder if Secretary Of State Tillerson would be happy with this latest statement from President Trump. How do you people on OPP fell about this?"

Simple straightforward statement without the insults that are guaranteed to bring about nothing but insults and trash talk.
