All I can sy to you all is I completely agree with every sentiment here!!!!!!!!! The UN should seriously be moved to one of the countries that support all th edicatotors and or terrisitic countries thats for sure. Im thinking they would all be much happier among themselves anyways. Seriously, what could they posibly do if we just said you have 30 days of monitored removal. This woul dbe to insure that they wouldnt be able to steal any more of our wealth. If Obama committed this nation in some manner that requires congressional approval then your off color comment of Trump would be appropriately applied to Obama.

The question is, does the president have the authority to make such a commitment without congressional approval? I have not yet seen anything other than opinion without documentation of proof.

Perhaps you can show Obama's legal authority in this matter?

As far as the law is concerned, the agreement (treaty) is non binding on the U.S. The Senate never ratified it. Therefore, Obams signature, 1. Is irrelavent, 2. It was unconstitutional. Therefore again the U.S. is and was never OBLIGATED to pay for any of this bullshit. That agreement that Obama the TRAITOR signed also would have given up U.S. soverienty to other countries. Is that what you would like to live under Peter?
