Is there a single soul who is surprised that an Engineer came up with
this. 10,535 pages reduced to 4 sentences?*
A Great summary by a Notre Dame University engineer.... .....
Here are the 10,535 pages of Obama Care condensed to 4 simple sentences..
As humorous as it sounds.....every last word is absolutely TRUE!
1. In order to insure the uninsured, we first have to un-insure the insured.
2. Next, we require the newly un-insured to be re-insured.
3. To re-insure the newly un-insured, they are required to pay extra
charges to be re-insured.
4. The extra charges are required so that the original insured, who became
un-insured, and then became re-insured, can pay enough extra so that the
original un-insured can be insured, so it will be 'free-of- charge' to them.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is called "redistribution of wealth" or, by its
more common name, *SOCIALISM,* or*"PROGRESSIVISM",* the politically correct
names for *COMMUNISM *!

There are times when I've struggled to come up with a simple description of something. One such matter is, as the writer indicated, what to call socialism & progressivism. To those, I add liberalism. They are the politically correct terms for communism, plain & simple. No socialist, progressive or liberal accepts it, but that's the correct term.
In fact, Walter Winchell once called James Wechsler, the editor of The New York Post, a communist. Wechsler sued. People were horrified by the term. That's why Joseph McCarthy became such a villain. Even today, progressives take umbrage at it, but Winchell & McCarthy were correct, just as this writer is.
(FYI, at that time The Post was among the most liberal newspapers in the country having in its stable of columnists just about every prominent progressive of the time.)

can't help but wonder
will our*the republican's) version of health care be any better
We have had over six years to come up with a better plan

No, if these politicians create it. Trump should gather a group of top healthcare insurance personnel to form a think-tank and draft a viable plan. (Kinda like his cabinet.) Wouldn't it be best if experts drew up a plan rather than leaving it to politicians, whose ulterior motive seems to be to feather their own nests?

Very good, but I'd point out that even the way insurance was before, it's a bit like that as well, with the money for the unhealthy coming from the healthy and taxes. So, it's a bit different from redistribution, it's more of a shuffling, and a failure at that!

Wouldn't it be best if the politicians started asking just what the hell the federal government is doing in health care in the first place? And yes, this applies to Medicare & Medicaid and I'm a Medicare beneficiary.

Yes, that would be the best. But that can of worms was opened a few years back, and it's tough getting those beggars back in the can.
Lock and load with hog fat lubed ammo, before it's too late!!!
