This actually fits an expected response to a previously silent younger voice despondent of both political parties but particularly, more frustrated with the conservative right more than the liberal left. Rejection of conservative, blindly patriotic materialism seems to be the main attraction. It is interesting to observe a new criticism of "traditional" values.

I thought the same thing. God mentioned their blasphemous behavior. He went on to rail about what some folk call the new testament, co-opted by the AFP. Their war fetish and cult ritual of the death penalty.
"Last time I checked, I 'm the king and already wrote my book. How dare folks not follow it without fail? And to write their own? Sinful republicans!" Not sure if he was talking about the Norquist pledge or the King James bible.
He seemed upset.
"They mention me daily in their speeches but clearly are worshipping Satan. Republicans be damned!"
Then he said he had to go. Something about a great flood.

That statement " despondent of both political parties " SHOULD cause issues, as there are MORE than two political parties. The dems and repubs efforts at convincing most Americans otherwise has paid off handsomely, to our everlasting detriment.
