Obama remained president until Trump was sworn in. The November election was the light at the end of the tunnel, although the actions of Murkowski, Collins and McCain make me wonder. Republicans control the Senate; conservatives do not. Republicans will usually side with Democrats to protect the status quo and their own gravy train. The only thing a RINO wants to change about DC is who is sitting in the drivers' seat.
