What this argument misses is the fact that water vapor creates what scientists call a 'positive feedback loop' in the atmosphere — making any temperature changes larger than they would be otherwise. If there is any question that the planet is warming then look no further than our planetary ice sheet. There is scarcely an area of the planet that isn't losing its ice cover. That wouldn't happen if the ambient temperature was staying the same or going down.

The only argument left is how much of the warming is mans doing. If it's natural than it's no worry. If it's man made thought then we owe it to our prodigy to try to do something about it.
Thats where the debate lies not with whether there is global warming or not...

Where is the glass barrier between the earth's atmosphere and deep space THERE IS NONE! 95% of our atmospheric retained, very temporarily, is due to WATER VAPOR, less than 3.8% to CO2 and about 1.1% to methane and all other gasses. The temp. retained heat is only that portion of the sun's spectrum near infrared range. All humanity has a share of the CO2 amounting to about 0.25%. The solar spectrum just does not produce more in that specific range to get Water vapor etal. to produce more temp. retained heat. At night, the hear radiated back into apace . Do you know what happens to CO2 as the sun heats it,well? Tell us all. Earth is not a greenhouse , the sun a nd its' changing full spectrum energy output is the driver of climate, period.

You dumb shit all that shit we pump into the atmosphere acts as the barrier the heat comes in and it can't excape so the earth cannot cool at night

The whole problem with these carbon theories is that they have it wrong according to historical records of atmospheric carbon. Atmospheric Carbon doesn't lead global warming. It follows it.

These are pretty much the main reasons I can not become a conservative..

I'm absolutely open to conservative views!

Here's one I rather like: fiscal responsibility. Here's the problem, though: can you name the last Republican president to balance a budget? Hint: It wasn't Trump, either Bush, Reagan, Ford, or Nixon. Instead, the GOP has driven up spending, primarily on the military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned us about.

Here's another one I like: keeping the federal government out of our personal lives. If you're lobbying for the federal government to tell people how to conduct their sexuality, you're in violation of this. The GOP has been bitterly cruel to the LGBT community. Also, the anti-abortion movement is not for personal freedom; it is for imposing your moral judgments on others.

In my estimation, conservatism went off the tracks in the 1980s as Reagan and others embraced the Religious Right. Increasingly, the conservative movement seems to be predicated on two very questionable premises: (1) Straight white Christian men are best suited to decide what's right for everyone in this country, and (2) unfettered capitalism always makes the world better.

But frankly, the biggest problem that I have with “modern” conservatism is its apparent immunity to scientific truths. If you think climate change is up for debate, you're scientifically illiterate. If you think evolutionary biology is up for debate, you're scientifically illiterate. And it's one thing to be ignorant, but if your ignorance shapes your policy, then I can't get on board your big dumb train.
