who had outrageous insurance cost and these dam outrageous deductibles causing people to give up insurance and just pay the fine.But just like any demorat bill it just causes big spending and along with that much confusion and court cases until the bill is figured out.The idiots don't know how to write a coherent law.the demorats are truly stupid and depend on stupid voters to keep them in office.
